Recently I have become aware that children are buried alive in Brazil today. Infanticide is a common traditional practice performed by many indigenous groups. Your government seems to support this injustice.


Deputy Francisco Praciano (PT-AM) declared publicly: “The Declaration of Human Rights and The Constitution does not apply to the Indian. It just doesn't.” How can the government of Brazil keep this position that flies in the face of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international agreements?


It also has been brought to my attention that many indigenous people in Brazil want to stop this practice. Unfortunately your government stops them. They intimidate individuals and groups that want to save the children’s lives from certain death. In addition the government has put culture over the value of a life. I find this simply unacceptable.


It seems to me that you are treating the indigenous people like some exotic animals. They do not have the right of self-determination or the right of residency. This amounts to a Brazilian national shame.


However there is a glimmer of hope. Congresswoman Janete Rocha Pieta (email: dep.janetrochapieta@camara.gov.br) has submitted Muwaji’s Law (Law Project 1057/2007). This will give protection for the indigenous children against infanticide as well as give human rights to the indigenous people.


I ask you. Please learn about Muwaji’s Law (Hakani as well as voiceforlife.blogspot.com) and exert pressure on your legislators to pass the bill. It comes up for discussion in June 2008.

Znaci, istina je! Slucajno sam na You Tube pronasao ovo sranje...slusao sam Radeta Lackovica mislim, kad se pojavilo ovo cudo
Svo sam vrijeme mislio da se radi o nekoj montazi jer mi nije jasno da normalan covjek to moze snimati!
Ja bi onome vracu (prije toga bi ugasio kameru) `ladno, onom njegovom macetom, odvojio ruke, noge a zatim i glavu od trupa

Vjerujem ti. Ja sam u cudu odgledao par puta i nemogu opisat osjecaj i mucninu u tom trenutku.
Najgori momenat mi je bio kad ono dijete vadi malisana iz zemlje i bjezi sa njim u pravcu kolibe. E, tad bih mogao sve one, sto su mirno posmatrali, masakrirat k`o bundeve.

Gledajuci neki dan Pedjinu temu "vrati mi bundu" i danas ovo sranje. Cisto mi dodje da presudim tim idiotima, naravno kad bih bio u mogucnosti.
Posle ovakvih snimaka, ja nemam rijeci da opisem sta osjecam i sta bih radio toj stoci.

A, sta da im uradis?Vidis da su bolesni ili nepismeni ili divljaci?Oni u nesto vjeruju da ce njihovom plemenu biti bolje ako zakopaju svoje dijete itd.
Kao i kod nas sto stave krst medju zito da bolje rodi, a ako nisi dobro obradio zemlju i bacio gnojivo mozes samo gledati u zvijezde i slusati kako crijeva reze.
Mozda je i nas narod prije par hiljada godina bio takav? Mozda?
Onim idiotima s youtub-a treba uzeti djecu i dati ih nekim roditeljima koji hoce dijete, a nemogu zbog neplodnosti?A, idiote dati na skolovanje, poslati psihijatru ili nesto trece, ali nikako ih masakrirati jer onda bi se covjek stavio na isti stepen kao sto su oni.
Ostale ljude treba zastititi od njih.Kazna mora biti takva da mu cak das i sansu da se popravi ili izlijeci.
U svakom slucaju treba narod cuvati od takvih, a pogotovu nevinu djecu.
